Ruben J Ortiz, MSCE, PE, PA is licensed in Puerto Rico, properly trained, examined, and accredited by Oficina de Gerencia de Permisos (OGPe), authorized to evaluate and issue determinations and permits of a ministerial nature on behalf of the State, in accordance with the provisions established in Law 161‑2009 to optimize the permitting process. stands as a distinguished provider of professional services in architecture and engineering. With over 20 years of experience, we have cultivated a reputation for excellence and a portfolio of satisfied clients.

Our architectural and engineering services practice specializes in precast concrete, reinforced concrete and structural steel structures, along with retrofits, HVAC, Mechanical & Electrical systems and Piping. The company has the required infrastructure and personnel to provide design, analysis, detailing and shop-drawing services to our clients.
